About

I’ve been on a mission for the last decade to uncover a passion filled purpose and landed in a place I would have never expected.

Out of all the surprises life has sent me, becoming a carpenter in my 40’s is the most comical and fulfilling. There’s just something about doing something you never thought you could, doing it very well and loving it. I’m so thankful for this part of my journey.

I became a widow at the age of 36 with 3 young children while living in a new city 500 miles away from our hometown. I somehow managed to make the decision to stay in St Augustine and build a new life. And build a new life I did, in just about all aspects.

“Create a life you love inside and out” has been my mantra for no less that 7 years. I’m fascinated with human transformation and our ability to grow and change. Curiosity and the willingness to “just see” is what led me to DIY and eventually carpentry for hire.

My desire is to work with women, bringing life to spaces in our most personal expression of who we are, our homes.
